You are not required to open an account to browse or contact us. Do not send customer lists, passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, or unnecessary sensitive information. We do not request vehicle details or payment information through a live referral or booking form on this website. The partnership application collects business-contact information only and does not import shops, catalog, availability, or outcomes.

Opening the website from an AI-chat or other third-party service does not itself give JackRelay access to your complete conversation history. Information you voluntarily include in an email or in the partnership application is part of that correspondence.

2. Uses and sharing#

We use information for the purposes above, legitimate website and business administration, legal compliance, and protecting rights and security. We share only information appropriate to those purposes with infrastructure and communications providers, authorized personnel or professional advisers, or recipients required by law or valid legal process. If a business transfer occurs, information may transfer subject to applicable legal protections.

We do not sell website inquiry information, use it for cross-site targeted advertising, or distribute it to potential automotive partners as customer leads. We do not use correspondence as permission for unrelated marketing or AI-model training. Sending an inquiry does not consent to a future network referral.

Before enabling a service that shares customer information with business partners or independent repair providers, we will explain the actual purpose and recipients, update the applicable notice, and obtain any required separate permission. A generic partnership description is not blanket consent to distribute information to unrelated businesses.

3. Infrastructure and international processing#

Our informational website and correspondence use the following infrastructure:

ProviderRole in this website and contact serviceLocation information
CloudflareWebsite delivery, request routing and security, and forwarding messages addressed to our public contact addressesGlobal infrastructure; processing is not restricted to Virginia
ResendDelivers partnership application messages submitted on /partnership to the operator inboxResend's infrastructure; the configured sending region is in Virginia, United States; those settings do not establish the location of all backups, support access, or provider records
Google — GmailThe operator's inbox for receiving and responding to forwarded messages, including sender details, content, attachments, and email metadataGoogle's infrastructure; no Virginia-only storage commitment is made

Separate retained development or test infrastructure uses Railway for the application and database. Resend may also be configured there for transactional email that is not a customer booking or referral service. Partnership application messages on this website are delivered by Resend into the operator inbox described above, then handled through Cloudflare forwarding and Gmail as for other correspondence. Railway's primary application region is in Virginia, United States; those settings do not establish the location of all backups, support access, or provider records.

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate, whose laws may differ from your jurisdiction. Applicable legal safeguards are required for transfers that are subject to transfer restrictions. This Policy does not claim that selecting a hosting region establishes a transfer mechanism or grants authorization for new cross-border processing.

4. Cookies and browser storage#

The informational site does not set a JackRelay login session or use advertising, analytics, or session-replay trackers. Infrastructure providers may process request metadata and use necessary security mechanisms to deliver and protect the website.

Previously used test or account features may have left a session cookie or browser-storage entry on your device. The informational site does not renew those entries or reopen those features. You can remove stored data using your browser settings. If non-essential tracking is introduced, we will update this notice and provide any legally required choice before enabling it.

5. Retention and deletion#

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including handling correspondence, meeting legal obligations, maintaining evidence of rights-request decisions, resolving disputes, and protecting security.

Our ordinary support-correspondence retention target is two years after the matter closes. Other business, legal, and security records are assessed according to the continuing purpose, applicable obligation, and any documented legal hold. We review records for deletion or de-identification when those needs end. Technical logs and provider-held copies are also subject to the provider's service settings and retention practices; we do not promise an unverified universal deletion or backup-rotation deadline.

Valid deletion requests are handled subject to applicable law and retention exceptions. Where necessary, we seek assistance from relevant providers. Residual copies in protected backups may remain until the applicable provider deletion or rotation process completes; retention exceptions do not authorize unrelated use.

Any independently applicable prior contractual retention, deletion, or evidence-preservation obligation remains in place. This Policy does not extend those periods, erase prior rights, or authorize repurposing historical records for a new service.

6. Privacy rights and requests#

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of information, withdraw consent where consent is the basis, or object to or opt out of certain processing. Lawful processing before withdrawal is not invalidated. We do not penalize a person for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Email privacy@jackrelay.com with your request. No new account or special form is required. The operator reviews requests and may seek proportionate information to verify identity or authority before disclosing personal data or performing an action requiring verification. A matching sender address alone may not suffice. Government identification is not a routine requirement; do not send it unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process. If your original contact channel is unavailable, ask us about an alternative. We do not require verification for an opt-out where applicable law does not permit it.

We respond within applicable legal deadlines. If the New Jersey Data Privacy Law applies, we respond to covered requests within 45 days, with an additional 45 days only where legally permitted and with timely notice of the reason. A refusal includes an explanation and appeal instructions.

To appeal, reply to the decision or email privacy@jackrelay.com with the subject Privacy Appeal. Explain which decision you want reviewed. We provide a reasoned appeal response within the legally applicable period; under the New Jersey Data Privacy Law that period is 45 days. Where applicable, a denied appeal includes a means of contacting the regulator. You may contact the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs or the appropriate authority in your jurisdiction.

An automated acknowledgment, if used, is not a decision on a rights request. We may explain lawful limits, exceptions, or inability to verify a request rather than disclose another person's information.

7. Security and children#

We use measures intended to protect website and correspondence information, including encrypted website transport and limiting handling to authorized purposes. No website, email system, or storage method can guarantee absolute security. Report concerns to security@jackrelay.com; do not send unnecessary personal data or exploit a suspected vulnerability.

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older, not children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact privacy@jackrelay.com so we can review and take appropriate action.

8. Updates and contact#

We will identify revised versions of this Policy and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law. New service capabilities or processing purposes require their own appropriate disclosures; we do not silently reuse a prior consent version for changed purposes or recipients.
