JackRelay currently provides an informational website and contact channels. Customer referrals, quote submissions, bookings, payments, and direct repair-shop enrollment are not available through this website.

These addresses are monitored by JackRelay's operator. Partnership applications use the partnership application page. Those messages are delivered to contact@jackrelay.com. Privacy-rights requests still use privacy@jackrelay.com; no special form is required. Support is provided in English. No fixed ordinary response or resolution time is promised. Applicable legal and contractual deadlines still apply. An automated acknowledgment, if used, confirms receipt only and is not a decision or resolution.
Do not email passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers, customer lists, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Privacy requests#
Contact privacy@jackrelay.com for access, correction, deletion, portability, or other applicable rights. Briefly describe your request without unnecessary sensitive details. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing information or making a sensitive change. You do not need to create an account.
To appeal a privacy decision, reply to it or email the same address with the subject Privacy Appeal. Our Privacy Policy explains verification, applicable response periods, and complaint options. Automated acknowledgment does not complete a rights request.
Business information and existing records#
Contact support@jackrelay.com to report inaccurate information or ask about a record. Include the relevant page or reference and the requested correction. We may verify authority using existing records, a verified business contact, or limited supporting documentation. No account login is required to contact us.
Removing a website feature does not itself terminate a separate agreement, cancel an accrued obligation, or erase a person's data rights. Applicable existing notice, export, removal, and retention duties remain unaffected.
Security reports#
Email security@jackrelay.com with the affected URL, a description, and safe reproduction steps. Do not include credentials, exploit another person's account, or copy additional personal records. If you encounter information you are not authorized to access, stop and report the issue.
This reporting address does not authorize active security testing. Obtain separate written permission before testing. No bounty, reward, or fixed resolution time is promised. Applicable incident-response and notification obligations remain unaffected.

JackRelay is a technology intermediary, not a repair operator, insurer, or emergency service. A business inquiry does not establish an active partnership, booking, price, or payment obligation. Future services require the relevant agreements, authority, disclosures, and enabled capabilities.
